Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?
All products at Cosmic Ray Enterprises are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse, I.e. using the products in a manner not described in the product data sheet.
Do you take personal checks or money orders?
Yes, we take personal checks (Allow 10-15 days for check to clear before product will be shipped) and yes we accept money orders, but only USPS Money Orders.
What is your return policy?
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). When returning the package(s), This RAN must appear on the Address label. We will not accept the items without this number. To obtain an RAN, simply email us or call. If the product is returned unopened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 10% restocking fee. If the product is returned opened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 30% restocking and repackaging fee.
How will product(s) be shipped?
Your product(s) will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS unless otherwise specified.
What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are automatically calculated by our potential shippers. We do NOT profit from undue increased S/H rates.

Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.

Do I have to pay sales tax or any type of taxes on my purchase?
No, unless you're purchasing within the state of Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, then taxes are 6% for PA or 5% for WI.

Coupons are discount certificates that can be redeemed by entering the Coupon Code number in the space provided on the Shopping Cart Checkout page. The coupons have validity dates and expiration dates assigned by our company.
Where do I obtain a coupon code?
Coupon Codes are obtained ONLY through our Monthly Newsletters. All previous customers are automatically on our mailing list unless the choose to Opt-Out. New customers can subscribe to our newsletter by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Are coupon codes redeemable for any merchandise?
No. All coupon codes are redeemable for the merchandise described in our Monthly newsletter ONLY. Please don't attempt to redeem a coupon code for unauthorized merchandise. Fraudulent redemption of coupons will result in "Automatic Refund" of all monies of the transaction.
