11-17-2004: TWIMC; I just purchased a pair of Flying Fisherman sunglasses (The Mirage's) from your website. The reason I'm writing is, I live in Tavernier FL., which is part of the chain of islands known as Islamorada. (I noticed the Islamorada weather forecast in your add) I bought these sunglasses from you for about $4.00 cheaper than I could buy them locally. I was surprised and thought I would write. I received an email shortly after I bought the glasses informing me they were on back-order until Jan 15th 2005. I have been charged for this item but I haven't received them yet. Could someone please contact me about that order? The sunglasses were the Flying Fisherman Viper II. I have recorded on my account were the item was charged and will produce that if necessary. If you want to use it as a seat, the IT is a good choice, very solid construction. I bought mine to double as a front casting platform on my flats boat. Being 215lbs (on a good day) I've never felt insecure standing on it. I started researching to find a super-insulated ice chest that would make the ice last for approx.5 days rather than 1 day depending on the ambient temperature and would have a small footprint. I ran into your site while tracking this type of ice chest down. I discovered that the icey-tek coolers were marine grade and super-insulated and while searching the sports fishermen site I ran into your site. I will report back to you the longevity of the ice based on ambient temperature and other factors that my influence its performance. Take Care. I hope you got your website working so it could take PayPal, Visa, Amex, etc.; I called you because none of these would work for me. Would you please help me find some FF polycarbonate glasses? The part number I have is 5962, and they were sold through CostCo, so they may have been a special line, but no longer available at CostCo. If FF has stock, or can suggest an equivalent, I would be very happy with that, smoked, black frames; I would be wanting a couple of them. These were the **BEST** sunglasses I have ever owned. Also, is there a potential problem or hazard to my eyes with the glass lenses (so they would not scratch!) I just bought, if they were to be hit with a projectile (like a stone from a weedwhacker, for example). If so, this makes the polycarbonates all the more important. Incidently, I flew to Canada for a hunting trip with the two YETI IT-80 coolers that I bought from you earlier this year. After 48 hours of traveling by car and air on my return, the meat was still frozen solid. These are great coolers. Please let me know how we can proceed on this as soon as you can. I think the screwup is with my shop's distributor - says he doesn't have a color chart. Heck, you've got one on your site - seems like he should have one, right?
