Medium mushrooms
- 1-can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup
- 1-8-oz can crab meat (the most expensive kind, green can, ensures no crab shells in serving)
- 1/8 tsp Sazon Goya Con Culantro Y Achiote (Coriander & Annatto) Can be found in gourmet section of large chain stores
- 1-oz cooking sherry or your favorite wine
- 1/2 Tsp dehydrated crushed onions
- 1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (for sprinkling after stuffing)
Mix all ingredients
Remove stems from mushroom caps, stuff the caps, sprinkle on cheese and bake @ 425F until golden brown (about 25 minutes)
