Claims for shortages or incorrect merchandise must be made within 15 days. Flying Fisherman Polarized Sunglasses have a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or scratched lenses caused by the user are not manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty. We cannot accept returns of misused, worn or washed items. A return authorizatioon is required for all returns. Send defective merchandise freight prepaid, for replacement or credit to Flying Fisherman, 171 Hood Ave., Unit 2, Tavernier, FL 33070. Non-defective returns must be in new condition in original packaging, and a15% restocking fee will apply.
